We may be small, but we strive to do the best by each and every pup that comes to us ...

 

But, we need you!  Your donations go directly to the pups needs.  This includes the basics as well as extras needed to keep them comfortable and happy while waiting for their forever homes - expenses include the following:

• Vet work - including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm testing, microcipping, dental surgeries, and other immediate medical needs.  We also keep our pups up to date on preventatives for heartworm, fleas, ticks, and on a deworming schedule.

• Food - a pup's gotta eat!  On average we go through about 300 pounds of dog food a month!

• Grooming - some of our pups require professional grooming - others our dedicated volunteers and fosters put in some elbow grease to make our pups beautiful!  Grooming supplies include shampoo, conditioner, brushes/combs, nail clippers, etc.

• Supplies - kennels, toys, collars, leashes - anything that is needed for our pups, we try to make sure it's available for them.

We try to extend the life of all reusable items as much as possible to make your donation go further!
